Ich sehe es immer wieder in den verschiedensten Unternehmen:

Lieferantendokumente werden sauber abgelegt, strukturiert, versioniert.
Das ist gut.... jedoch meist mit einem trügerischen Gefühl von Sicherheit.

Der ein oder andere Kontakt von mir hat in der Vergangenheit bereits davon vielleicht etwas mitbekommen....

Vor einigen Jahren war ich noch festangestellt tätig und mitten in einem Zertifizierungsprozess.

Eines Tages kam ein Kollege aus dem Marketing auf mich zu:

Sometimes it is treated like the pages in a novel that you skip to get to the exciting parts faster. But in the world of Product Compliance, technical documentation is neither a side note or decoration, but rather the inner compass of a product.

In many companies, product compliance still ends up in purchasing. Sounds pragmatic, but it's like a house of cards in a crosswind. Why?
